Cicis Pizza

Cicis is a pretty easy choice when you’re hungry and want a little bit of everything. I grabbed a few different slices and ended up going back for one more because it was actually really good. I liked being able to try different pizzas without committing to just one. Nothing fancy, but it’s filling, casual, and does the job.

The food was good, but they are lacking cleanliness in a big way. The bathrooms are so disgusting, I didn’t even want to touch the door to open it, but had to because you have to push on it hard just to open it. Only one sink works. I didn’t even use the toilet—just washed my hands. The whole place needs cleaned top to bottom every day, and the bathrooms multiple times a day but you can tell nobody is cleaning. The section divider was covered in dust and grease. Oh, and when we were getting our drinks, they were out of medium size lids so the cleaning lady grabbed one that had a straw from the garbage and handed it to my son! I was so disgusted and told my son not to use it. I then watched as she dumped the garbage out of the tin container and put new lids in it. Talk about gross. 🤮

On April 8 2026 around 8:25 i purchased a Spinach pizza and the cashier in the front took my order who also later said he was the store manager which if he is then the owner of this establishment needs to check themselves because this guy is rude after receiving my pizza when I got home I noticed the pizza was half done and the pizza was very greasy so I called back ask to speak to the manager explain my situation told I would take pictures of it because I had made it home and didn’t feel like coming back he said he couldn’t refund it without me coming back now let me explain I’ve worked as manager and know that you can void tickets out because I paid with a card and it could be done as long as I provided him last 4 numbers of that card plus if i just left there 10 minutes ago how many cards purchase did you get at almost closing so if you a manager as you stated you should know how to do this so this guy hangs up in my face and wouldn’t pick the phone back up that pissed me off so i went back up there after i called a friend at the other cici she explained they were individually owned and that i should ask for his name and write review so the owner can see it or whoever over there

Horrible horrible horrible. Never coming here again! They have no food out and take forever to put more out. Place was dirty and we found small hair in our food

I had a horrible experience at this location last night. First it took 15 mins for them to give us our drink cups. Every drink in the machine was out. There was no ice available. No napkins in the dispensers. The tables were dirty. There was no food on the line. There was a 15 minute wait on pizzas. The manager was rude and constantly rolled her eyes at everyone. She was rude to the customers as well as her employees. The customer service was not up to par. I was disappointed & dissatisfied. By far the worst Cicis I have been to. I will never return to this location again. 0/10 I do not recommend.
